The needs of our children do not disappear simply because they graduate from high school or hit a milestone birthdate.  In fact, their needs change and often there are fewer resources to serve them.  At The Bridge of Georgia, it is our desire to create a continuum of services that will help individuals and families navigate the challenges that each phase of life brings.  As young adults face the many crossroads of life, we intend to be a resource that is steadfast and sure.  This year we are beginning our program for adults.  We hope that you will be a part of Connections as we grow and become a vital part of your child's life.  Let us walk alongside you on this next leg of the journey!  Find application on the Resources Page.
